According to the Partnership for Community Action:
As of late this morning or early afternoon, the 2023-2024 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Heating for Dekalb, Gwinnett, Rockdale, Newton, and Walton counties within the state of Georgia are fully booked and will not accept any more applications for appointments. Check back for cancellations so you can make an appointment for LIHEAP heating assistance. You can also call 211 United Way for help or check your local Salvation Army.
